This policy covers moev.com.au, including the Moev exoskeleton pre-order page, the MOEV Pro powered exoskeleton pre-order page, and the Halo service robots page, all operated by No Agents Pty Ltd ("we", "us").
When you reserve a Moev or MOEV Pro unit, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email, and order details from Stripe to process your reservation.
When you submit the Halo trial-request form, we collect the name, venue name, email, phone number, venue type, and any message you provide, so we can follow up about booking a trial.
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on both pages to measure ad performance and build audiences for future advertising. This sets cookies and shares limited interaction data (such as page views and form submissions) with Meta. You can control ad tracking through your browser or Meta's ad preferences.
We use the information collected to process reservations, respond to trial requests, provide customer support, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data with the service providers needed to run this site: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Meta (advertising and analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
We retain reservation and lead information for as long as needed to fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
